Our in store technicians are highly trained and have decades of experience between them. They are in store most days of the week and are normally more than happy to have a look at your instrument while you wait, but unfortunately due to the nature of most repairs, they may be unable to do repairs while you wait.

For Classical, Acoustic and Electric Guitars including Banjos and Mandolin repairs please ask for Andrew McDermott in the instruments department who is highly specialised in this area. For other specialised advice and repairs in Woodwind, Brass and Bowed stringed instruments please ask for Richard Hickman.

We also use some of the countries top repairers and makers for in-depth or specialist repairs.
